✨ How It Works
1. Register your account through our website from here.
2. You will receive an email prompting you to set a new password.
4. Follow the instructions in the email to create your password and activate your account.
5. Congratulations! Your account is now active. You can access your dashboard to start earning and tracking your loyalty points (Gems).
🛍️ Shopping Online?
Even though Gems can’t be redeemed online, you will still earn Gems automatically when spending €50 or more per order.
Your points will be tracked and can be used in-store once you’ve reached 15 Gems. *Please note that if you purchase online your gems on the dashboard will be updated once delivery is done.
📌 Key Notes:
💠 Once you’ve collected 15 Gems, you’ll receive a €25 voucher to spend in-store on your next purchase.
💠 Gems are tied to your customer account, so be sure to use the same details every time you shop in-store and to log in to your account before purchasing online.
💠 €25 vouchers are valid in-store only.
💠 Only (1) One voucher can be used in the same transaction.
💠 Gems do not expire, so you can collect at your own pace.
💠 The minimum spend threshold of €50 must be met in a single transaction to earn a Gem.
