How can I order online?

What can be more relaxing than browsing and shopping from the comfort of your home? Our on-line shop is open 24/7and the buying process has been split into easy to follow steps. Our extensive offer has been structured into product categories and sub-categories and has different filters to help you make a perfect choice! For example, you can sort according to category (Necklaces, Bracelets etc.) as well as according to colour, price, gender and so on. Once you find your desired jewel, you can click on the picture to find out more detailed information about it. If you decide to buy an item, place it in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to shopping bag” button. You can go on browsing and adding products to your bag just like in a regular shop. Adding products to your bag does not mean you are required to buy them. If you like a product but you aren’t sure about it yet, you may use the “Add to my wish list” button, it will help you see all the products that you liked while browsing, without needing to retrace your steps or start searching for them again.
To see the content of your shopping bag so far, click on the “My shopping bag” button (on the top-right corner of your screen). If you decide you don’t want a product after all, you can just remove it from the bag by clicking “Delete”, or you can order it more than once by clicking on the “+” button until you reach your desired amount.
When you are ready to go, click on the “Check out” button. The paying process has been divided in easy and guided steps.

How do I know my order has been successfully placed?

After receiving your order we will send you an automatic confirmation e-mail that also contains information about your order number, payment method, shopping cart, as well as the invoicing and delivery address.

Gift vouchers

You aren’t sure about your gift? A voucher is always a good idea. Your dear ones can choose for themselves their favourite jewellery – the voucher is valid for 6 months.

Can I place an order by telephone?

At present we only accept online orders or, if you prefer, you can come and visit us in our shop in Luqa.

What are the available payment options?

The prices quoted on the product pages include VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown separately in your shopping cart.
We accept all kinds of Visa (BOV. HSBC, BNF, APS etc), Master Card, PayPal, as well as bank transfers.

What are the shipping costs?

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address as stated by you and through a delivery service appointed by our company. We will make every effort to deliver the goods on the date you requested, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you want the item within a short time and/or delivered fast, you may opt for Express shipping in your shopping cart.

Can my order be delivered to any address worldwide?

Yes, however shipping charges may apply – these will show in your shopping cart once you enter the delivery address.

Are you available 24/7?

You can reach us during our office hours: Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00, and Saturdays between 09:00 and 13:00 (Malta: GMT+2), with the exception of bank holidays. You can also reach us by email on sales@tesor.com.mt

Can I return a product after I received it?

We do hope that you’ll love our jewels, nevertheless, should decide they do not fit you, or you’d prefer another item, please send them back to us. You may return your purchase up to 14 days after receipt of the goods by you. No reason needs to be stated. If you exercise this right of withdrawal, you are no longer bound to the agreement and Roset Ltd will refund any payments you have made with respect to this agreement, provided that the items are returned in in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition and complete with the original packaging and warranty.
If you wish to return the bought item, you can do so by enclosing a copy of the original order confirmation (that would have been received via email from us after placing the order) together with the item to our address: Roset Ltd., Tesor 271, Carmel Street, Luqa LQA 1131, Malta and send us an email on sales@tesor.com.mt informing us that you will be returning the item. This does not apply to earrings (due to hygiene purposes), to jewellery made to the customer’s personal specifications (including engraved products) as well as to items on sale or clearance. Such Products may not be returned.
You will be responsible for shipping the product and any expenses related to shipping. We recommend shipping the product by certified or registered mail and insuring the product to cover its retail value. Roset Ltd. does not take responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of the product during transit.

Are you providing a product guarantee?

Yes – every item that you buy from our website carries a warranty – the duration of the warranty depends on the item or Brand purchased.
The warranty only covers damages that in the opinion of Roset Ltd. or our partners’ opinion is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair and negligence.
You can contact us on sales@tesor.com.mt for assistance. Should you wish to return a ‘defective’ item under warranty, please make sure to send the item together with its guarantee card, original packaging and copy of the order confirmation (that would have been received via email from us after placing the order) . You will be responsible for shipping the product and any expenses related to shipping. We recommend shipping the product by certified or registered mail and insuring the product to cover its retail value. Roset Ltd. does not take responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of the product during transit.
