Returns

 

We do hope that you’ll love our jewels, nevertheless, should decide they do not fit you, or you’d prefer another item, please send them back to us. You may return your purchase up to 14 days after receipt of the goods by you. No reason needs to be stated. If you exercise this right of withdrawal, you are no longer bound to the agreement and Roset Ltd will refund any payments you have made with respect to this agreement, provided that the items are returned in in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition and complete with the original packaging and warranty.

If you wish to return the bought item, you can do so by enclosing a copy of the original order confirmation (that would have been received via email from us after placing the order) together with the item to our address: Roset Ltd., Tesor 271, Carmel Street, Luqa LQA 1131, Malta and send us an email on sales@tesor.com.mt informing us that you will be returning the item. This does not apply to earrings (due to hygiene purposes), to jewellery made to the customer’s personal specifications (including engraved products) as well as to items on sale or clearance. Such Products may not be returned.

You will be responsible for shipping the product and any expenses related to shipping. We recommend shipping the product by certified or registered mail and insuring the product to cover its retail value. Roset Ltd. does not take responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of the product during transit.

Cancellation Policy

 

Once an order is placed and paid, the order cannot be cancelled.  If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, you are requested to send an email immediately to ‘info@tesoronline.com’ and follow-up the request by calling our shop (Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm).  Roset Ltd reserves the right to decide whether the order can be cancelled or not, depending on the order status.

If Roset Ltd accepts to cancel the order, a full refund less any applicable charges determined by MyPos.eu will be sent to the card holder’s account within 3 to 5 working days.
